We may collect this confirmation through the website or through tools such as Facebook messenger, Instagram, or Google. Information collected via these platforms is done so subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We aim to give you an estimated quote based on the information we have. However this is an estimate and can change. We will notify you of any additional works required if we discover additional issues.

As we run a door to door service, we will need to collect your address details for the repair

We may occasionally send you promotions via email and sms, you can opt out of these at any time.

You details are shared with the assigned technician for the purpose of the repair only.

We may use customer reviews left for Tech Fixers on platforms such as Google, Facebook Instagram and on the website in promotional material online. If your review has been used and you would prefer it wasn’t used, please let us know and we can remove it.

If we need to test certain functionality of the phone post-repair, we may ask for the necessary pin codes. This is not a requirement and you can decline this additional testing if you wish. We delete all of this pin-based information immediately after the repair.

Upon completion of the job you may need to pay online, in which case you will be provided the bank account on completion. We ask that you delete this banking information once you have made your completed payment.

We may use tags and cookies on the website for marketing and advertising purposes. These could be tags such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager. You can delete your cookies in your browser to clear any cookies we may have placed on your browser.
